Candidate – A driven self‑starter with excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills. As an astute creative and critical thinker, you can conceptualise and implement innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment. You have a keen eye for detail and execute tasks proactively. • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record and experience in a marketing role in the Hip Hop & RnB scene.
• Proactive nature with meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage guests, tribe members and stakeholders.
• Superior problem‑solving skills and competence to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive environments.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks, ensuring an unparalleled journey at FIVE.
• Knowledge and interest in social‑media platforms and marketing.
• Proficient copywriting and communications skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands‑on attitude fuelled by a “Can‑Do!” spirit.

• Create compelling, innovative, and visually stunning social‑media content to elevate FIVE’s sensational food and beverage concepts and events.
• Manage social‑media calendars, support photoshoots, craft brand‑focused messages for scheduled posts, and attend events and activations to capture content.
• Address guest concerns and reviews across all social‑media and online platforms, coordinating with internal departments for “FIVE‑Star” customer service.
• Track relevant influencers to identify opportunities and extend FIVE’s reach through collaborations.
• Upload approved blog articles and brief graphic designers to create accompanying images.
• Work with the PR agency, providing briefs and imagery to elevate FIVE’s reputation.
• Innovate creative ideas to drive revenue and sales for our food and beverage venues.
• Collaborate with other “FIVERs” to develop and execute new event concepts.
