Sr. Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team in the Food & Beverage/Quick Service Restaurants & Cafe industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for the food and beverage industry. This position requires a UAE driving license.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for our food and beverage/quick service restaurants & cafe brands
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives
• Plan and execute events and promotions to attract and retain customers
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide marketing materials and resources as needed
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Train and mentor junior marketing team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage/quick service restaurants & cafe industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
• Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing brand awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
• UAE driving license is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members
