Marketing & Events Executive (3 Months Contract)

• Location: Dubai
• Contract: Temporary – 3 months
• Start: Immediate

• Plan and execute participation in a major international trade show (February)
• Coordinate suppliers, agencies, stakeholders, and logistics end-to-end
• Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables under tight deadlines
• Support additional events during the contract period as needed

• Support website renewal (content coordination, agency follow-ups, timeline tracking)
• Execute elements of integrated marketing communication and event campaigns
• Coordinate with creative/social media agencies to ensure timely delivery
• Track tasks, flag risks early, and prepare progress reports

• Act as the main coordination point between internal teams, agencies, and suppliers
• Ensure strong follow-ups, accountability, and smooth communication
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong self‑organization and prioritization skills
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Proactive communicator who escalates issues early

• 6+ years experience in marketing, events, or communications
• Strong organizational and execution abilities
• Skilled in working with agencies and multiple stakeholders
• Dubai‑based and available immediately
• Trade show/exhibition experience is a strong advantage
• Exposure to website/digital project coordination preferred
