Part-Time Social Media Strategist

We’re a fast-growing premium beauty brand with global ambitions currently focused on building deeper audience connection and long-term visibility.

We're looking for a part-time Social Media Strategist who understands how to position a brand, spot winning trends, and build recognition through smart strategy (not content posting).

This is a remote strategy-only role
, but preference will be given to candidates based in Dubai who are open to occasional in-person meetings.

What to include:

• Portfolio or folder with past strategic brand work
• One campaign you led (with results or visuals)
• Sample of platform strategy (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Creative direction sample (brand voice, moodboard, etc.)
• One example of how your strategy helped a brand go from flat to standout

• Audit our existing brand presence across social and paid media
• Propose updated content direction: voice, hooks, content pillars, and platform trends
• Identify strategic gaps in storytelling or engagement and provide actionable solutions
• Collaborate with internal content and ad teams to align messaging
• Share competitor and market insights (Dubai & US focused)
• Contribute to campaign direction and creative briefing (not day-to-day content creation)

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy (not posting)
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai and US beauty/lifestyle markets
• Past work with DTC brands in beauty, wellness, or fashion
• Strong understanding of hooks, tone of voice, platform trends, and positioning
• Able to submit real past work
  : brand guides, campaign plans, creative decks, etc.
• Bonus:
  Available in Dubai for occasional strategy sessions (not mandatory)

• $1,500–$2,000/month based on experience & portfolio
• Flexible, part-time contract
• Fully remote (Dubai-based preferred for optional in-person sessions)

• No routine posting this is about strategy, not scheduling

This is a short-term role with long-term impact. We’re not looking for generalists only strategic thinkers with proven results will be considered.
