Role Overview :
** Marketing Communications Manager – Growth Markets
** is a strategic, data-driven marketer responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies and tactics with our dealers across Caterpillar’s Building Construction Product group global growth markets. The primary goal is to drive top of funnel growth and new customer acquisition while retaining our current customers. The role, based in Dubai, will lead marketing experts for Africa, Middle East, India and China, and in addition, own and develop growth marketing plans for the Southeast Asia market.

• Oversee growth marketing planning and execution efforts across Africa, Middle East, India and China through a clear understanding of customers in each market and addressing their pain points across all marketing channels and tactics to create demand and drive new customer acquisition. Extensive knowledge of customer purchase drivers and pain points across growth regions and target segments as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating marketing plans.
** Collaborating**:
Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.  Strong knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. and techniques; ability to effectively  Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to  Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning;

ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to Strong knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers). Extensive knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
10 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in B2B environments.

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Experience in market research methodologies and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. This role requires up to
** 30% business travel
** across growth markets.
