We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist
. You aren't just a "poster", you are a digital brand guardian. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our content, from high-level ideation and AI-assisted scripting to aesthetic design and website blog management. We need a professional who anticipates what’s next, discusses strategy proactively, and executes flawlessly without constant supervision.

• Create posters, reels, carousels, stories, short videos, and static creatives
• Design project-based visuals, brand creatives, announcements, and investor-focused content
• Ensure every creative reflects the 1XL Infra brand tone and visual guidelines consistently
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms when requiredli>
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for content creation.
• Assist in scriptwriting and creative planning for founder-led and brand communication videos
• Support storyboarding for reels, brand videos, and carousels
• Ensure messaging remains investor-centric and aligned with the brand tone
• Develop and maintain a structured monthly social media content calendar
• Ensure posting discipline and consistency
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Optimise content for reach, engagement, retention, and visibility
• Track performance insights and recommend content improvements
• Engage professionally with followers through comments, DMs, and replies
• Coordinate closely with the Videography & Marketing team
• Support campaign planning and execution
• Maintain an organised archive of all content and assets

• 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing
• Experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage in the UAE
• Knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, Photoshop, META, SEO basics).
• Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken). Polished grammar is essential
• Experience using AI tools for content productivity and ideation
• Understanding of branding, audience psychology, and digital storytelling
• Knowledge of social scheduling or publishing tools
• Ability to take complete ownership of planning, execution, scheduling, and publishing, not only designing
