We are launching a new premium longevity center in the UAE, operating at the intersection of advanced wellness, healthcare, and luxury services. The center is built around a highly personalized approach, exceptional client experience, and a strong, niche brand positioning within the longevity and preventive health space.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PR & Marketing Manager with strong strategic vision and a structured, systems-driven approach to marketing. This role is critical to the successful launch and long-term growth of our premium longevity center.

The ideal candidate combines strategic product and brand thinking with hands-on project management capabilities and is comfortable planning, leading, and coordinating multiple work streams — including agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role requires both high-level thinking and the ability to translate strategy into clear, well-executed action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
  • Build and own the overall marketing and PR strategy for the longevity center, fully aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Define the product narrative, key messages, and value proposition across different client segments.
  • Build and maintain a structured marketing roadmap covering launch, growth phases, and ongoing brand development.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and continuously refine strategy using data and insights.
  • Branding, PR & Communications
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and strategic partners within wellness, healthcare, and luxury sectors.
  • Oversee the development of press releases, media kits, thought leadership content, and corporate communications.
  • Act as a brand representative in media engagements, industry events, and public-facing activities.
  • Social Media & Content Direction
  • Define social media strategy and content direction aligned with premium and expert positioning (not execution-only posting).
  • Oversee content creation across platforms such as Instagram, Linked In, and others, ensuring high editorial, visual, and brand standards.
  • Manage and guide external teams or contractors responsible for content, design, and production.
  • Ensure social media supports brand authority, trust, and long-term engagement rather than discount-driven promotion.
  • Campaigns, Events & Partnerships
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and events (workshops, private events, launches, collaborations).
  • Manage end-to-end execution, including concept development, planning, timelines, budgets, partners, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver premium-level brand experiences.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the central coordinator across agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop clear briefs, timelines, KPIs, and quality standards for all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with brand and business expectations.
  • Healthcare & Wellness Compliance
  • Ensure all marketing and PR activities comply with UAE regulations and standards applicable to healthcare and wellness industries.
  • Apply industry knowledge to position the longevity center as a trusted, credible, and forward-thinking leader in the market.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and PR, with proven exposure to wellness, healthcare, luxury, or niche premium brands.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching or scaling premium products or brands.
  • Experience working in regulated or reputation-sensitive industries is a strong advantage.
  • Background in environments with high client service standards and strong brand focus.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong product and brand vision.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills; ability to manage multiple vendors and parallel work streams.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • High attention to detail, structure, and quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, launch-stage environment.
