About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will bring Alaan’s brand to life across the UAE through events, community‑led initiatives, and high‑impact on‑ground activations.

What You’ll Do
  • Events & Experiences
    : plan and execute branded events end‑to‑end, manage vendors, venues, logistics, branding, and audience experience; track impact.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations
    : build relationships with finance and business communities, plan co‑branded initiatives, and manage deliverables.
  • Community Building
    : foster a finance professional community through meetups, networking, and ongoing engagement; build touchpoints with CFOs and finance teams; convert interactions into brand moments.
  • Creator & Influencer Management
    : identify and collaborate with influencers, own campaign execution, maintain relationships, and measure ROI.
  • On‑Ground Brand Activations
    : execute high‑visibility brand moments such as pop‑ups, mall/café activations, and installations; ensure brand consistency.
  • Ownership & Operations
    : manage budgets, timelines, performance reporting, vendor networks; work cross‑functionally with content, design, and ops teams.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years in marketing, ideally in brand, events, BTL, or community roles.
  • Content‑savvy – comfortable shooting quick stories, reels, BTS moments, etc.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and gets things done on‑ground.
  • Hands‑on doer who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to build relationships and represent the brand with confidence.
  • Strong operational ownership, planning, coordination, and execution.
