• Develop and execute bold, market‑specific marketing and communications strategies for Russia and CIS across digital, print, public relations and influencer channels.
• Craft captivating press releases, newsletters, captions and marketing copy in both English and Russian, maintaining cultural authenticity and FIVE‑styled precision.
• Build and nurture relationships with media partners, public relations agencies and influencers in the region to amplify brand visibility.
• Support the planning and flawless execution of events, media visits and collaborations that engage Russian‑speaking audiences.
• Partner with internal teams (food & beverage, nightlife, rooms, brand marketing) to ensure consistent storytelling and alignment across activations.
• Translate and localise brand campaigns, preserving tone, personality and positioning for regional audiences.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity and media performance, delivering insightful recommendations that drive growth.
• Support content localisation across digital campaigns, CRM communications and social platforms, creating premium, engaging content for Russian‑speaking guests.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or journalism (preferred).
• Minimum three years of public relations or marketing communications experience in a luxury hotel or luxury‑lifestyle environment in the UAE.
• Mastery of handling confidential information with discretion and adherence to privacy protocols and security standards.
• Robust understanding of marketing, media and communications laws across the UAE and Russian Federation/CIS markets.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills; ability to create compelling content and press materials that echo FIVE’s bold energy.
• Strong network and deep understanding of the Russian media landscape and influencer community.
• Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
• Proactive nature with meticulous attention to detail.
• Energetic, self‑driven attitude that thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
• Hands‑on attitude fueled by a ‘can‑do’ spirit.
