Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Marketing Team

Our dynamic marketing team are brand builders, lead generators, and content creators!

As we scale globally, we’re looking for a bold, creative Vice President of Marketing to lead our brand into its next era of growth!

What you’ll do:1. Brand Leadership & Marketing Strategy
  • Define and evolve Stake’s UAE brand strategy and narrative, ensuring resonance across the UAE, KSA, and new international markets (e.g. UK, US)
  • Own mid to upper funnel marketing, driving awareness, relevance, and trust with culturally relevant storytelling
  • Build a marketing vision that champions emotional connection and lifestyle branding in a highly regulated industry
  • Partner with Founders, Product, Sales and CX to embed marketing into key business initiatives and long-term positioning
2. Team Leadership & Structure
  • Lead a growing marketing org across Brand, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Social, PR and Influencer Marketing
  • Define clear quarterly OKRs and workflows for creative excellence and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build a performance-minded, creatively brave team culture
3. Product Marketing & Commercial Go-To-Market
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for Stake’s investment offerings, including new products
  • Deeply understand investor personas and decision journeys, especially across HNWI, first-time investors and international buyers.
  • Translate product value into compelling narratives that drive market understanding and confidence
4. Creative, Content & Social Media
  • Set the creative tone and content pillars for Stake’s brand presence across all owned and earned channels
  • Oversee the delivery of high-impact brand campaigns, editorial, video storytelling, and always-on content
  • Ensure consistent and modern brand voice across every platform, localized for the GCC and global expansion markets
  • Supervise content creators, video teams and external creative agencies
5. Offline Brand Building
  • Lead Stake’s experiential and OOH strategy, including events, brand activations and sponsor ships that build physical brand visibility
  • Shape Stake’s presence in key cultural moments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and international markets, aligning brand with lifestyle, luxury, and wealth-building aspirations
6. International Expansion & Localisation
  • Shape Stake’s brand presence as we expand globally, with tailored strategies for the UAE, the US, and beyond
  • Ensure cultural nuance and localization are embedded in messaging, visuals, and influencer/community marketing efforts
7. PR, Influencers & Stakeholder Communication
  • Lead PR strategy and agency relationships to increase share of voice across business, fintech and real estate media
  • Scale Stake’s creator program through partnerships with finance creators, real estate experts, and high-trust voices
  • Ensure consistent thought leadership messaging from company spokespeople and leadership
8. Partnerships
  • Lead the UAE partnerships strategy
  • Build partnerships with media, real estate and lifestyle brands that elevate brand perception and credibility
What we’re looking for:
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in VP-level brand and communications leadership at a high-growth company
  • Experience from scaling a start up through to scale up and leading a large team
  • Deep brand and storytelling expertise
  • Real estate experience is preferred
  • Proven experience launching and growing brands across multiple markets, ideally including GCC and Western markets
