- Setting up clear goals for the accounts in terms of performance indicators and metrics.
- Increasing the engagement rigorously through captions, polls, contests, giveaways and any other activity.
- Make sure the feed meets the brand guidelines and mood-board of the brand.
- Running up the campaigns with clear goals along with defining the objective of the campaign.
- Be active with the trends happening in the industry of social media and integrating them.
- Communicate with followers, respond to the queries, reply to the comments in a timely manner.
- Time to time account audits and taking appropriate decisions on the accounts for brand visibility.
- Connect with the design team and help them with ideas as per the competition and industry standards.
