Job Description A Production Operator 12M26 is an integral member of the manufacturing team responsible for operating machinery, managing production outputs, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. This role requires the operator to be knowledgeable and efficient with production technologies, maintain equipment, and adhere to company protocols and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work well within a team setting.

Additionally, the Production Operator 12M26 must be flexible and adapt to the dynamic nature of a manufacturing environment. This includes efficiently managing tasks under minimum supervision while contributing to the optimization of production processes.

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet output targets.
• Ensure production processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Inspect and test finished products for quality assurance purposes.
• Document production data accurately within required time frames.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
