Work Location

A. Job Objective

Ensure uptime reliability of Electrical equipment for smooth operation of Plant

• Ensuring uptime reliability of 99% for all the manufacturing and utility equipment
• Implementation of various Kaizen Initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Adherence to maintenance budget to improve gross margin.

• Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Monitor equipment breakdown and implement CAPA actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns to eliminate & reduce the breakdowns.
• Ensure availability of critical spares.
• Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
• Monitor repair & maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the budgeted norms.
• Ensure calibration of all equipment like weighing scales, pressure vessels, Process

• Participate in cross functional improvement projects.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS report.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation all equipment.
• Arrange resources required for maintenance activities.

• Uptime Reliability to be achieved as per the business requirement.
• Achieve Actual PM Compliance 95% each equipment
• Achieve Reduction in Budgeted Expenses for Repairs and Maintenance.
• To reduce/maintain equipment downtime as per Budgeted Figures.
