Product Development Team Leader

Ideolux designs, engineers and produces high-quality LED Lighting. Our project-grade products, systems and services comply with international quality & safety requirements

• Lead and guide a small team of Visualizers and CAD Drafters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Plan and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux’s growth roadmap.
• Oversee product development within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer demands.
• Collaborate with design, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and launch to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate directly with OEM partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure product quality.
• Report to the Directors with regular updates on team performance, product progress, and strategic initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Educational background in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader.
• 3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset.
• A passion for technical products and solutions – someone who loves technical challenges and innovation.
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy.
• Familiarity with international markets and product development processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday 9:00am--6:00pm

Saturday 9:30am- 12:30pm
