Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Plan, schedule, and organize workflow to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate production staff to foster a productive and safe environment.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet specifications and company standards.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations, procedures, and proper equipment usage.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor processes to detect bottlenecks, troubleshoot malfunctions, and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze production reports, including output, downtime, and labor.
Installation & Testing: Oversee the installation, testing, and debugging of mechanical and electrical components to ensure they meet performance specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with manufacturing machinery, tools, and production software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement efficient solutions.
Education: Degree in engineering preferable Mechanical or Electrical.
Compliance: Deep understanding of safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and quality standards.
Working hours: 7:00-15:00 Monday-Friday
