SUMMARY OF

THE ROLE As Production Operator you will be responsible to receive, produce, and fill paints according to the daily production schedule and ensure the products are made and filled according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) requirements.
The position will be based in Dubai and will report to Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
* Process paint batches by preparing required raw materials (RM), charging RM into tanks and adhering to standard references in order to achieve daily production volume target.
* Reduce waste by recycling waste & solvent, disposing waste appropriately and reprocess returned materials in accordance with Jotun standards and country regulations.
* Coordinate with QC (Quality Control) Lab by submitting batch samples and making changes according to the guidance in order to achieve successful batches with zero non-conformance.
* Fill approved paints according to Work instructions
* Participate actively in ongoing improvement works on site, like 5S and ODM (Operator Driven Maintenance).
* Execute daily tasks in a safe manner by adhering to Jotun HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality) standards and having proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in order to ensure zero records of accidents and fire risks.

* Preferred, Vocational certification in Mechanical or Chemical fields.
