The Campus Leader will establish, lead, and manage a new manufacturing campus and plant operations from the ground up. The role encompasses full responsibility for automated production lines (MCB and PCBA), driving Industry 4.0 integration, and building high‑performing teams. The incumbent will be accountable for all aspects of operational performance including production, EHS, quality, supply chain, cost efficiency, and workforce capability development.

This is a leadership position for a dynamic professional with entrepreneurial drive, who can build and scale a start‑up environment into a world‑class, sustainable manufacturing hub.

• Establish, lead, and manage a new manufacturing plant and associated facilities.
• Oversee the deployment and ramp‑up of automated production lines for MCB and PCBA manufacturing.
• Ensure plant operations meet production, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

• Drive the implementation of Industry 4.0 standards, systems, and technologies to optimize efficiency and digital transformation.
• Develop smart manufacturing processes leveraging automation, AI/ML, IoT, and data analytics.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing.

• Build the campus organization and leadership team from scratch.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with future capability requirements.
• Define roles, set performance expectations, and establish a high‑performance culture.

• Ensure the highest standards of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in line with global and local regulations.
• Drive a culture of “Choose Zero” and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems, certifications, and customer requirements.

• Define and manage budgets and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, corporate functions, and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations
• The incumbent should have demonstrated experience managing plants in the UAE & Saudi Arabia or possess strong operational exposure to these markets with a clear understanding of the regulatory, cultural and business environments.

• Proven experience in establishing or scaling a manufacturing facility/start‑up environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Industry 4.0, automation, MCB/PCBA manufacturing, and smart factory solutions.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of EHS and Quality management systems (ISO, OHSAS, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
