We are currently seeking an experienced Wooden Furniture Manufacturing Specialist from Eastern Europe to join our factory operations in Dubai
Role OverviewThis is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on the production of solid wood and veneered chairs, tables, and loose furniture. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in wooden chair manufacturing and experience working in a structured factory environment with production targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture wooden furniture from start to finish: cutting, shaping, joining, assembling, sanding, and finishing
- Read and interpret technical drawings, production sheets, and detailed chair component specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery including CNC routers, spindle moulders, mortise & tenon machines, sanding machines, and related equipment
- Ensure high-quality standards in durability, symmetry, ergonomics, and finishing
- Identify defects in raw materials and finished products and implement corrective adjustments
- Work closely with production supervisors to meet daily and weekly output targets
- Adhere to HSE regulations, workshop safety protocols, and quality control procedures
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in wooden chair and furniture manufacturing (mass production and bespoke)
- Strong knowledge of solid wood, bentwood techniques, and structural reinforcement
- Advanced understanding of joints: finger joints, dowel joints, mortise & tenon
- Skilled in chair frame assembly, upholstery-ready frame preparation, and finishing preparation
- Experience working within a factory environment with measurable production targets
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong craftsmanship standards and attention to detail
- Willing and able to relocate to the Dubai
