• Initiate programs on CNC machinery and continuously monitor for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments, maintaining tolerance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Document production activities and results to maintain detailed logs and records.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize process efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and supplies are inventory managed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC machinery.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operational principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic machine repairs.
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
