Factory Supervisor

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations in their workshop in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in joinery, metal works, and high‑end interior fit‑outs
. You will ensure production runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time under the guidance of the Factory Manager.

• Supervise daily production activities in joinery, metal works, and related workshops.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and ensure projects are executed according to plans and schedules.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure all outputs meet high‑end specifications.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Report production progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Factory Manager.
• Assist in resolving production issues and implement process improvements as directed.
• Support inventory management of materials and ensure minimal wastage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a factory supervisor or production role
  , preferably in joinery, metal works, or interior fit‑outs
  .
• Strong understanding of production processes, tools, and workshop safety.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings accurately.
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to support the team in daily operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
