The role is responsible working with Manufacturing operations director to create, plan, implement and monitor the supply chain strategy for Lucy Electric global operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.## Company Overview Lucy Electric is a global manufacturer specializing in appliances, electrical, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Manufacturing Operations Director to develop and implement the global supply chain strategy.
* Monitor supplier OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and ensure material availability for all plants.
* Implement visual supply chain management to support data-driven decision-making.
* Optimize S&OP planning to meet customer requirements while reducing supply chain and manufacturing lead times.
* Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time in-full delivery targets are achieved.
* Oversee all aspects of inventory management to optimize inventory targets and drive inventory reduction programs.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in management, electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in middle or senior management.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills.
* Proven track record in delivering manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
* Broad experience working in a multi-national, matrix organization.## Benefits
