Job Title: Aluminum Fabricator

Location: Dubai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

The Aluminum Fabricator will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of aluminum structures and components as per drawings and specifications. The role requires hands‑on expertise in cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling aluminum materials while ensuring quality, safety, and precision standards are met.

• Fabricate aluminum products such as doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, handrails, and structural frames
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately
• Measure, cut, drill, bend, and assemble aluminum sections using appropriate tools and machinery
• Perform aluminum welding, fastening, and fitting operations as required
• Install fabricated aluminum components at site ensuring proper alignment and finish
• Ensure high‑quality finishing, including grinding, polishing, and sealing
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet project and client standards
• Maintain tools, machines, and work areas in safe and operational condition
• Follow workplace safety rules, site regulations, and company procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to meet project timelines

• Minimum educational qualification: ITI / Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an Aluminum Fabricator
• Experience in aluminum fabrication works in construction or interior projects
• Prior GCC / Middle East experience is an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques and materials
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools, cutting machines, drills, and welding equipment
• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of safety standards and quality requirements
