We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Tester to join the team on a full-time.

As a Quality Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring that our concrete products meet the highest standards of quality and durability. You will work closely with our production team to conduct thorough tests on our concrete mixes, monitor the production process, and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent quality.

• Conduct quality tests on concrete mixes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality
• Record and analyze test results, and communicate any issues or concerns to the production team
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement quality control procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in concrete technology to continuously improve our processes and products

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the ready-mix concrete industry
• Strong knowledge of concrete testing methods and standards
• Familiarity with quality management systems and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different production sites as needed
