We are looking for talented and driven Process & Production Engineers to join our dynamic team in the steel manufacturing industry
.
As a Process/Production Engineer
, you're not just managing production lines you're optimizing complex systems, reducing waste, and driving efficiency in one of the most demanding and critical sectors in manufacturing.
- Oversee and optimize key steelmaking processes (EAF, BOF, casting, rolling, etc.)
- Monitor production KPIs to maximize throughput, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent quality
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in maintenance, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot real-time technical issues and implement long‑term process enhancements.
Degree in Mechanical
, Metallurgical
, Industrial
, or Production Engineering
.
Hands‑on experience in a steel plant or heavy manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Working knowledge of process control systems
