We are opening a small number of Strategic Ambassador (Advisory) roles for senior figures who can create high-trust, senior-level introductions for multi-million B2B wellness projects.
This is not a sales role.
It is a selective advisory relationship for individuals whose reputation and judgment open doors.
Role Focus- Introduce BEMD to decision-makers responsible for large-scale wellness assets
- Target projects 1M+ total contract value only (villa-scale or small private projects are explicitly excluded).
- Open the initial strategic conversation—no selling, pitching, or negotiation required.
You may qualify if at least one applies:
- Former or current C-level / Director / VP in hospitality, real estate, development, or large project delivery
- Senior advisor to hotel groups, developers, family offices, or institutional operators
- 10–25+ years of trusted presence in UAE / GCC or other global markets
- A network where senior executives respond quickly and value your introductions
- Ability to generate 1–2 meaningful introductions per month
- Mid-level technical contacts
- Inactive or transactional
- Association with a high-authority premium engineering firm
- Joint positioning on opportunities you introduce
- Direct access to senior leadership and technical briefings
- Performance-based compensation without operational burden
- Success-based fee on total contract value
- You identify real projects and real decision-makers.
- BEMD handles technical discovery, design, engineering, pricing, delivery, and execution.
- Your role ends once the relationship is established
