We’re looking for a Technician who will report to the lead technician. The SRC technician is responsible for the refurbishment, repair & maintenance of Aggreko equipment, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.

- Assembly of Aggreko products in accordance with work instructions and quality control documentation
- Troubleshooting/Diagnosis/Repair/Assembly/Overhaul/Refurb of Aggreko Products
- Assembly of Fuel and Cooling system hoses, pipes and fittings
- Assembly & Sub‑Assembly of fabricated components
- Mating and torquing of flange assemblies.
- Use of air/power tools, hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment
- Working to the high‑quality standards of the business and escalating quality issues when they arise
- Work in an effective manner with the direct team members and wider cross‑functional teams where required.
- Involvement in Continuous Improvement projects and activities
- Maintaining work area in a safe and tidy working condition
- Working strictly in accordance with company policies, procedures & processes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Experience working in the power generation field.
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical repairs
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with a strong knowledge of Service and repair methods and assembling mechanical systems.
- Understanding and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience with electrical fitting/wiring would also be desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time, to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
