As we continue to expand, we are building a high-performance sales team in Dubai and are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the brokerage division.
Role OverviewThe Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and developing a team of property investment advisors while driving revenue growth across the business. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, strong relationships with developers and the ability to mentor and scale a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate will oversee daily brokerage operations, manage performance targets and ensure the team delivers a high standard of investor advisory.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop sales strategies aligned with the company growth objectives
- Monitor performance metrics including pipeline activity, lead conversion and deal closures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal flow
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and transaction volumes
- Analyse sales data and market trends to optimise sales performance
- Participate in high-value client consultations and investor meetings
- Provide strategic investment guidance to high-networth clients
- Support the team in closing complex or high-value transactions
- Recruit and train new property investment advisors
- Implement onboarding and training programs
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability and collaboration
- Minimum 7 years experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Strong relationships with UAE developers
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and processes
- RERA certification preferred
