Description:

As a Supervisor, you’ll plan beyond your own needs to ensure sufficient resourcing, identify training needs, manage absence and performance, coach and monitor your department to foster productivity. You will supervise day-to-day activities with responsibility for safety, quality and member experience of either Inbound or Outbound FC operations. You will set departmental requirements and expectations, foster teamwork, collaboration and open communication, understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely, prioritize deadlines, maintain professional behavior through ambiguity and change, drive results, proactively address obstacles, and ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently.

You will source and nurture ideas and convert them into improvement plans, share best practices across all departments and shifts, and work with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure support and resources for projects and initiatives. You will track production metrics, use data to develop continuous improvement strategies and report to management, assist with long-term operational strategic planning, mentor and develop staff, recognize top performance and address underperformance, propose and implement equipment and processing improvements, conduct timecard reviews daily and weekly, and perform other duties with flexibility including shifts, extended hours and holiday work, arriving at least 30 minutes early and staying at least 30 minutes after shift for pass downs and timecard reviews.

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
