Regional Procurement Senior Manager MEA

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Regional Procurement Manager – Advertising & Consumer Promotions to join our EMEA procurement team and focus on Middle East & Africa (MEA).

Reporting to the EMEA Procurement Senior Director you will be responsible for managing all indirect A&CP activities such as Media, PR/Influencer, Events, Merchandising, GWP, and Beauty Advisors, ensuring that all services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. (c. $76m spend).

From a strategy perspective, you will maintain regular communication with global category leaders to ensure regional feedback is incorporated into category strategies and, in turn, ensure their effective implementation within your markets i.e. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Middle East exports (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, etc.), Turkey, Travel Retail MENA, North Africa, African Distributor Markets, and South Africa.

From a day‑to‑day perspective, you will oversee the entire A&CP budget of these markets and identify opportunities for efficiencies. With your line manager acting as a coach, you will define priorities together and align on initiatives to pursue. You will have full autonomy to execute projects, from stakeholder involvement to sourcing, contracting, and savings reporting.

Success in this role requires a go‑getter attitude, a positive and glass‑half‑full mindset, autonomy, structure, strong project‑management skills, and the capability to build strong relationships to influence decision‑makers at both local and regional levels.

• Strategic Business Partnership:
  • Build strong relationships with in‑market leaders (GM, CFO, Marketing & Sales Directors) to align procurement strategies with commercial goals and overall Coty objectives.
  • Ensure you work on the right topics that directly impact Coty’s financial situation.
• Execution of Procurement Strategies:
  • Implement initiatives aligned with global strategies while addressing local market needs, drawing a strong sourcing plan/savings pipeline linked to market investments and global strategies.
  • Leverage market insights and ROI analysis to support strategic investments, drive sustainable savings, and foster innovation in A&CP areas for long‑term growth.
  • Financial & Supplier Performance Management:
    • Develop and manage sourcing plans aligned with budgets, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and timing with a ROI mindset.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manage contracts effectively, and ensure supplier performance meets Coty’s high standards.
    • Risk & Compliance Oversight:
      • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and company policies, proactively identify and mitigate risks, including supplier financial stability and performance.
      • Deploy our Sustainability agenda within your markets, tracking suppliers’ Ecovadis and Sedex certifications.

• You have meaningful experience in Procurement or a related business function, between 5 to 7 years, with a strong track‑record in A&CP (whether through Procurement or other departments) in another FMCG corporation.
• You have professional fluency in English. Arabic is a definite plus.
• You are concise while having integrated thinking and storytelling: boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs.
• You are organized, structured, and always have an overview of all deliverables.
• You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
