Position: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

RHK Properties is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across Dubai's highly competitive real estate market. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring consistent revenue generation, and executing strategic sales initiatives across off‑plan developments, secondary, and rental properties. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in translating company objectives into measurable sales outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

The position reports directly to senior leadership and requires a hands‑on manager who leads by example.

Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Revenue Management
  • Execute approved sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor and manage team KPIs, including listings, viewings, conversions, and closings
  • Drive consistent growth across off‑plan, secondary, and rental property segments
  • Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective action
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue tracking
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants
  • Set clear performance objectives and activity benchmarks
  • Conduct structured one‑on‑one reviews and ongoing performance coaching
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Foster a high‑performance, accountable, and target‑driven sales culture
Client & Transaction Oversight
  • Support consultants in negotiating and closing complex or high‑value transactions
  • Ensure seamless coordination from lead generation through deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with investors, landlords, developers, and brokers
  • Maintain high service standards to encourage repeat and referral business
Market Knowledge & Compliance
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, pricing movements, and inventory supply
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics
  • Ensure strict adherence to RERA and DLD regulations across all transactions
  • Provide structured market feedback and insights to senior management
Operational Excellence & Reporting
  • Oversee CRM accuracy, pipeline management, and data integrity
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership
  • Ensure efficient coordination with marketing, finance, and administrative teams
  • Maintain oversight of documentation, contracts, and transaction flow processes
Candidate Profile Experience & Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
  • Minimum 2+ years in a sales manager or supervisory capacity within Dubai
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth
  • Strong working knowledge of off‑plan, secondary, and rental markets

  • High level of professionalism and client engagement skills
  • Solid understanding of RERA and DLD compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic language proficiency (advantageous)
