Cooler Workshop Supervisor

With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Cooler Workshop Supervisor to join our team.

The role holder will provide technical leadership and hands‑on support to the Sales & Distribution teams by overseeing cooler maintenance, sanitization, and equipment repair. Ensure timely, safe, and high‑quality execution of service jobs by coordinating and managing field technicians, enforcing safety and quality standards, and liaising with operations and service departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction. Monitor work progress, maintain service documentation, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve cooler performance.

• Supervise and coordinate technicians performing installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of coolers.
• Plan and manage the preparation and servicing of workshop units per the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implementing effective troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance, hands‑on training, and ongoing support to technicians and workshop staff.
• Monitor recurring faults by tracking the percentage of coolers needing repeated repairs and drive corrective measures.
• Assign and dispatch technicians for service calls; ensure accurate diagnosis, repair, and adjustments on site.
• Ensure customer complaints are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly and professionally.
• Track and report average turnaround time for repairs—from workshop receipt to redeployment—and implement improvements to reduce delays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NFPC customers by delivering reliable, timely service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years’ experience in cooler or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise and motivate technicians.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, workshop management, and inventory control.
• Good verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills for customer and cross‑functional coordination.
