Summary:

The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of plans.
Evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide guidance and direction to junior staff members within the planning department.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support planning initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other planning software tools.

Certification in project management or strategic planning is desirable.
