We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our sales function across the UAE and international investor markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for revenue strategy, broker network expansion, sales team performance, and large-scale off-plan execution.
The successful candidate will bring deep UAE market expertise, strong developer-side exposure, and the ability to build a high-performance sales culture aligned with a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across all projects
- Own revenue targets and forecasting accuracy
- Drive large-scale off-plan sales performance across launches
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing Relationship Managers
- Implement KPIs, commission structures, and performance frameworks
- Build and strengthen relationships with Tier-1 brokerages and key channel partners
- Activate international markets and investor roadshows
- Oversee strategic partnerships across Dubai, RAK, and Northern Emirates
- Lead end-to-end sales strategy for project launches
- Align with marketing to ensure brand positioning, pricing, and absorption targets are met
- Oversee inventory management and pricing strategy
- Report directly to senior leadership on revenue performance and market insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, demand trends, and investor behaviour
- Ensure compliance, governance, and structured deal execution
We are seeking a commercially strategic leader with strong credibility in the UAE luxury real estate developer sector.
Requirements- Minimum 8–12 years of UAE real estate Developer sales experience
- Proven leadership experience within a developer or Tier-1 brokerage
- Strong track record of leading high-value off-plan project launches
- Established broker and channel partner network across UAE and key international markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage large sales teams and revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the full off-plan transaction cycle
- Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and reporting capability
