Head of Compliance

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Compliance to join their Legal & Compliance department. This full-time, on-site position offers a pivotal role in ensuring that operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies within the dynamic financial services industry.

As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance framework, developing policies, and ensuring that the organization meets all regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management to align compliance strategies with the company's objectives and to mitigate risks that could impact our business operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
• Monitor changes in regulations and update policies accordingly
• Report compliance issues and provide recommendations to senior management
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization

• Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices
• Proven leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and conducting compliance training programs
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
