Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Manager to oversee project scheduling and planning activities across our real estate development portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Primavera P6
, and a strong understanding of construction and development timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for all phases of real estate development projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to gather input and update schedules.
• Analyze project progress and performance, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on schedule status, delays, and recovery plans to senior management.
• Integrate cost and resource data into project schedules to support earned value analysis.
• Ensure alignment of planning activities with contractual obligations and project milestones.
• Support tendering and procurement processes by providing time‑related input and planning deliverables.
• Lead planning meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain historical data and lessons learned to improve future planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of planning experience in real estate development
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction methodologies, and development processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other planning/reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP or PSP certification is a plus.

• Experience working on large-scale mixed‑use, residential, or commercial developments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
