Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you will be responsible for generating and closing deals, and following up with all deal opportunities in MDU, GRMS & Lighting Control System for the Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Libya and Yemen Region.
You will be responsible for:- To work closely with all the stakeholders of the opportunities not limited to End users, clients, consultants, contractors, System Integrators to win the deals.
- Establish the strong pipeline of projects the region for current year and upcoming years.
- Collaborate with all the team members with respect to the stakeholders involved.
- Developing the commercial strategy in your zone in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Setting sales targets (budget, forecasts) and monitoring their achievement.
- Developing and supporting clients.
- Participating in commercial negotiations.
- Managing commercial budgets.
- Participating in the company's commercial policy.
- Contributing to competitive and technological monitoring in the sector.
- Attending local and national fairs.
- All actions must be reported using a CRM management tool.

Prerequisites:With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering. You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer. A high level of English is essential for this position. A high level of Spanish is a plus.
