What are we expecting from you?Reporting To The Head Of E-Business, You Will Lead And Develop a Team Of Brand Ambassadors To Drive Sales Performance, Client Satisfaction, And Operational Excellence Across The Client Relations Center. In This Function, You Will
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CRC team
- Drive proactive clienteling and CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships
- Monitor performance KPIs and implement improvement actions
- Act as the first escalation point for complex or high-profile client cases
- Ensure service excellence and consistency across all communication channels
- Partner closely with boutiques and cross-functional teams
