Position: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR / SALES LEADER

We are seeking a high-performance commercial professional
, results-driven, with strong strategic capabilities and proven leadership experience to strengthen and scale our sales team.

Position Objective

To increase sales and business profitability through the design and implementation of effective commercial strategies, leadership of the sales team, and disciplined execution of plans defined jointly with the partners.

Ideal Profile (Highly Desirable)
  • Proven experience managing annual sales exceeding USD 10 million.
  • Demonstrated track record of sustained revenue growth.
  • Experience leading sales teams.
  • Ability to design, execute, and optimize commercial strategies.
  • Capability to implement strategic guidelines defined by the partners.
  • Strong focus on KPIs, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • High level of discipline in follow-up and performance control.
  • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).
