As Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for XTB’s investment products and services. You will lead and develop high‑performing sales teams oversee revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships
with key clients and stakeholders.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities- Own the sales strategy, forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets
- Drive pipeline quality, conversion, and overall sales performance
- Lead negotiations and support closing high‑value deals
- Manage and develop the sales team with clear KPIs and performance standards
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen capability and results
- Implement effective commission and appraisal structures
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key and VIP clients
- Support senior account managers in complex or strategic cases
- Prepare tailored proposals based on market trends and client needs
- Oversee sales operations, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure CRM discipline and smooth cooperation with onboarding teams
- Provide structured market and client insights to leadership
- 5+ years in brokerage, trading, or financial services
- 2+ years leading sales teams
- Proven record of strong sales performance and revenue delivery
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities
- Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset with demonstrated sales success
- Advanced analytical, planning, and decision‑making capabilities
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
- Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities
- Fluent English and Arabic
- In‑depth knowledge of derivatives (futures, CFDs, options)
- Understanding of international financial markets, including OTC products
- Proactive, confident, and results‑driven leadership style
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Structured, process‑driven, and team‑oriented approach
