What

We’re Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proven track record of 6–8 years within a Luxury Residential, Branded Residence, or High-End Hospitality environment, leading Operations and delivering exceptional Residential Experiences aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Recent or ongoing experience in a senior leadership role within Luxury Residences or a High-Volume Hospitality Brand is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding Organizational and Executive Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and elevate cross‑functional teams to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with Residents, Owners, Executive Leadership, Board Members, and key Stakeholders.
  • Advanced Problem‑Solving capabilities with the agility to navigate complex operational environments while maintaining premium service standards.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset, combined with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless and refined Residential Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, fostering trusted relationships with Owners, Residents, and Corporate Leadership.
  • Visionary and commercially astute thinking, taking full ownership of operational performance, brand positioning, and long‑term Residential strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving Resident Satisfaction, Operational Excellence, and Financial Performance, maintaining industry‑leading benchmarks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory requirements, property management standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • A hands‑on leadership approach with a solution‑driven, service‑oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
  • The Director of Residences provides strategic leadership across all Residential Operations, ensuring the delivery of an elevated, seamless, and refined lifestyle experience.
  • Oversees day‑to‑day Operations across all Residential Departments, ensuring consistent adherence to luxury brand standards and exceptional Resident satisfaction.
  • Develops and executes a forward‑thinking Residential Strategy aligned with the organisation’s overall business vision and growth objectives.
  • Leads the preparation and management of the annual Operating and Capital Budgets, ensuring financial prudence, profitability, and long‑term asset value enhancement.
  • Partners with Residents, Owners, Executive Leadership, and the Board to identify operational enhancements and value‑creation opportunities.
  • Reviews financial performance regularly, ensuring the Residences operate in line with budget expectations and established performance metrics.
  • Establishes, refines, and enforces Operational Policies and Procedures to uphold the highest standards of service delivery and compliance.
  • Implements departmental strategies and measurable action plans to continually enhance the Resident experience.
