Experience
: 15 – 20+ years in professional services (CA firm or equivalent).

Profile
:
Entrepreneurial senior professional with proven ability to bring or assure a client book.

Responsibilities
:

• Lead and expand the firm's practice in the chosen domain (Taxation/Transaction Tax/Income Tax/Transfer Pricing preferred; Audit, VAT, or Risk Advisory also considered).
• Build and manage a team of approximately five professionals.
• Drive practice growth through market expansion and client relationship development.

Expectations
:

• Demonstrated business development capability (beyond execution).
• Established leadership presence at Partner/Director level.
• Ability to assure revenue opportunities through a client book.

Experience
: 5 – 8 years with mid-sized CA firms (Tax/Transaction Tax/Income Tax/Transfer Pricing preferred; Audit, VAT, or Risk Advisory also considered).

Strong execution professional with the potential to evolve into a Partner role in the medium term.

• Anchor operations to build delivery capabilities at the location.
• Manage client engagements end-to-end with an emphasis on quality and timelines.
