Your Mission

Within the Group, you will develop your own advisory practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and structure your portfolio of clients by leveraging your existing network and through direct prospecting initiatives
• Establish and develop long-term relationships within HNW and VHNW networks.
• Mastering the full range of solutions offered by the Group
• Conducting in-depth wealth assessment with your prospects
• Designing and implementing international strategies tailored to clients’ objectives
• Maintaining long-term relationships through structured reviews

The early years are focused on building your client’s portfolio aligned with the group’s standards.

We seek professionals who:

• Demonstrate strong business development capabilities
• Are attracted to meritocratic, performance-driven models
• Have at least two years of experience in wealth management or related fields
• Show discipline, resilience, and maturity
• Are fluent in English
• Hold a master’s degree in finance, Business, or equivalent

• You seek an existing portfolio without business development responsibility
• You prefer a strictly salaried environment with limited commercial exposure
• You are not prepared for the intensity required to build an independent advisory practice

• You wish to build your own portfolio and professional reputation
