- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of scaffolding & formwork projects
- Develop manpower plans to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Monitor productivity and implement improvement measures
- Review project costing, budgets, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal departments
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 15 years of total experience in scaffolding and formwork industry
- At least 5 years as Operations Manager in the same industry within the GCC
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding & formwork systems, standards, and safety regulations
- Proven expertise in:
- Manpower planning & resource allocation
- Productivity monitoring & improvement
- Project costing & cost control review
- Budgeting & financial performance analysis
- Operational strategy implementation
- Client coordination & project execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
