Senior Project Manager – Development

• Lead the full development lifecycle from concept design through construction and handover, ensuring alignment with approved business case and strategic objectives.

• Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modeling, budgeting, and development appraisals to support commercial decision-making and project viability.

• Manage and coordinate design consultants to ensure compliance with master plan requirements, technical standards, regulatory approvals, and cost parameters.

• Oversee authority submissions and secure all necessary permits and approvals in accordance with local regulations and statutory requirements.

• Lead procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, contractor selection, contract negotiations, and administration.

• Monitor and control project budgets, cost plans, variations, and value engineering initiatives to maintain financial performance.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, track milestones, and implement mitigation strategies to address delays or risks.

• Identify and manage project risks across technical, commercial, contractual, and operational areas to ensure successful delivery.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including development, finance, sales, marketing, and asset management teams to ensure project integration and readiness.

• Ensure construction quality standards are achieved and manage project close-out, testing and commissioning, snagging, and formal handover to operations.
