Job Summary:
The Implementation Manager in the CEO Office is a pivotal role designed to transform the CEOs strategic vision into actionable results. This position requires a dynamic leader adept at driving high-impact projects, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with the organizations goals in the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and C‑suite to operationalize strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end management of cross‑functional projects, from scoping to delivery, within defined timelines and budgets.
- Design robust project plans, allocate resources effectively, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress using agile methodologies, adjusting priorities as needed to address emerging challenges.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal departments, external partners, and UAE government entities.
- Facilitate seamless communication to align stakeholders with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare executive‑level briefings, reports, and presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and government submissions.
3. Operational Excellence & Process Innovation
- Conduct operational audits to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven process improvements.
- Champion best practices in workflow automation, digital transformation, and compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and performance benchmarking.
4. Performance Tracking & Decision Support
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track initiative success, providing actionable insights to the CEO.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to synthesize complex data into executive summaries.
- Deliver quarterly performance reviews and ad‑hoc analyses to inform strategic pivots.
5. Change Leadership & Organizational Alignment
- Drive change management programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Communicate strategic updates across all levels of the organization through town halls, workshops, and tailored messaging.
- Mentor teams to build capabilities in project management and strategic execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Management, or Finance. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a strong plus
. - Experience: 8+ years in strategic project management, consulting, or corporate strategy, preferably within the UAE/GCC. Exposure to government projects or regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance, real estate) is advantageous.
- Technical
Skills:
Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, Jira), data analytics platforms, and ERP systems. - Soft Skills:
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement with a proven ability to influence C‑suite and government officials.
- Strategic problem‑solving paired with operational pragmatism.
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Languages: Fluency in English;
Arabic proficiency is highly desirable for government and regional stakeholder interactions.
