Operations Delivery Manager

* Review order documentation submitted by Sales to ensure alignment with Hoist standards and client requirements.
* Make firm decisions to accept or reject projects based on compliance with technical and business requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in technical management, operations, or project delivery.
* Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and financial coordination.
* Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Deep understanding of procurement, project management methodologies and standards.
* Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships.
* Analytical and reporting skills to support business transparency.
* Leadership – Ability to guide teams and make firm business decisions.
