Responsibilities
- Receiving, registering, and following up on incoming and outgoing correspondence, and presenting it to the Director of the Corporate Support Department.
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading all outgoing correspondence, submitting it to the Director of the Corporate Support Department for approval, and electronically archiving all correspondence.
- Regularly updating contact details of external entities and stakeholders.
- Managing the petty cash of the Office of the Director of the Corporate Support Department, including receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation.
- Preparing and organizing all requirements for departmental management meetings and following up on directives and decisions issued by the Director of Corporate Support.
- Preparing all requirements for internal and external committees and teams chaired by or involving the Director of the Corporate Support Department.
- Acting as Rapporteur/Secretary of the Leadership Team and submitting periodic reports to the Director of Corporate Support on the team’s performance and achievement rates.
- Drafting minutes of internal and external meetings of the Director General and following up on the implementation of their recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Public Relations or International Relations
- Experience as an executive secretary.
