Senior Project Manager; National Talent

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the implementation of strategic sector “unlocks” across Financial Services, Innovation, Real Estate, Talent, and Logistics — aligned to Dubai’s economic growth agenda. The role is a part of the Project Delivery team, within DEDC ( Dubai Economic Development Corporation).

This is not a traditional PMO role
. It is a hands‑on, strategy-to-execution position focused on tangible outcomes with measurable impact.

• Translate sector strategies and reform initiatives into executable implementation roadmaps.
• Lead delivery of high‑impact economic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Drive regulatory, process and ecosystem “unlocks” in collaboration with public and private stakeholders.
• Influence senior decision‑makers to align priorities and secure commitments.
• Own KPIs, financial modeling inputs, governance, sequencing and risk mitigation.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams with strong operational discipline.

• 7–11 years of experience delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives across public and/or private sectors.
• Background in strategy, consulting, financial services, real estate, or economic development.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to model targets, KPIs and impact drivers.
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
• Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders across sectors.
• Agile, execution‑focused, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
