Le Chene is supporting a growing creative production business in the UAE to appoint a senior Head of Production to oversee operational delivery, production excellence, and scalable studio infrastructure.
This is a strategic leadership role within a high-performing, brand-led environment.
Scope- End-to-end oversight of production across integrated brand campaigns
- Establishing and optimising internal workflows, processes & delivery standards
- Budget ownership, cost management & margin control
- Vendor, supplier & freelancer management
- Resource planning and studio capacity oversight
- Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability
- Supporting the development of a structured, high-performing in-house team
- 10+ years experience within creative agencies, production houses or brand studios
- Strong production leadership background with operational oversight
- Commercially astute with proven experience managing production budgets
