Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, the Senior Project Manager based in Dubai is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, and budget.

The role manages all key stakeholder interfaces—both internal and external—throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on proactive collaboration and customer engagement.

The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure objectives are achieved within the agreed timeline and financial parameters, utilizing approved KONE methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools. The primary focus of the role is to drive high levels of customer satisfaction while safeguarding KONE’s profitability.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives
* Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction with professional stakeholder management
* Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project.
* Ensure integrated project planning with customers and KONE full-chain teams
* Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
* Ensure continuous full-chain project monitoring and control
* Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting, and facilitating project governance
* Ensure that project status and progress are effectively communicated to KONE management and the customer
* Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions
* Accountable for the project’s financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue management
* Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to Customers and Maintenance, as well as project closing activities    Maintain master action log and lessons learned document. Ensures sufficient project resourcing and competencies
* Manages and leads the full-chain project team
* Creates and maintains safety and security awareness among project employees and subcontractors. Ensures the following KONE and Customer safety and security policies.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the elevator industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent English & Arabic communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
* Understanding of the financial aspects of managing projects and product initiatives
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
